Your enquiry

The form stores your name, email, country or region, approximate amount, assets, selected issue, description, language and submission date. Each enquiry has a reference number. The form does not accept identity documents or file uploads.

Review and Telegram notifications

Your enquiry is saved in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database. Its details are also sent through the Telegram Bot API to the BitMart Return team’s configured chat for assessment and follow-up. Telegram processes that copy under its own policies. Enquiries are not published in articles or automatically sent to BitMart.

Browser access and spam protection

An essential HttpOnly cookie gives this browser access to its enquiries for 30 days from the latest submission. Only a hash of the random access key is stored. The server also retains hashed email and daily IP identifiers, submission times and request keys to limit spam and duplicate submissions. Separate submission receipts are removed after seven days when notification processing next runs.

Retention and deletion

There is currently no automatic deletion period for enquiries. You can remove a saved enquiry from the operational website database in My enquiries while the access cookie is valid. Clearing the cookie does not delete the record. Deleting a website record does not remove a notification already delivered to Telegram; ask the team handling your enquiry to delete that copy, quoting the reference. Infrastructure backups may remain under the provider’s policies.

Only the necessary details

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, recovery phrases, identity-document details or unnecessary information about other people. Before sharing further documents, confirm the purchasing legal entity and the data terms for your transaction. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers have been added.
