If BitMart shows Completed but the recipient has no credit, compare the withdrawal record with the actual transaction on the selected network. Establish whether it was confirmed to the intended destination before deciding which platform needs to investigate.
Completed is a starting point for verification
Save the full withdrawal detail, not just the status label: asset, quantity, fee, destination, network, timestamp and TXID. If there is no TXID, ask BitMart for the broadcast reference. Do not infer a confirmed on-chain transfer from a label alone.
For tokens, examine the token transfer as well as the transaction status. A successful transaction can contain actions other than the transfer you expected. Compare the token identifier, recipient and amount; if you cannot interpret the record, ask the relevant platform to explain it.
Match the question to the missing evidence
This table is a troubleshooting framework, not a promise that a recipient can reverse or recover a transfer.
| Finding | Question to ask |
|---|---|
| No matching transaction on the selected network | Can BitMart confirm the network and TXID? |
| Confirmed to the intended exchange address | Can the receiving exchange locate the credit? |
| Memo/tag missing at the receiving exchange | What evidence does that exchange require for attribution? |
| Recipient differs from the address intended | Who controls the actual recipient, if known? |
Contact the receiving service when appropriate
BitMart’s wrong-address guidance directs users with a missing or incorrect destination tag at another exchange to contact that receiving exchange with the TXID. That is a different issue from an unbroadcast withdrawal still held at BitMart.
Keep both ticket threads and describe which party has confirmed what. Do not pay an unsolicited contact to reverse a transaction or connect a wallet to an unfamiliar recovery website.

If the transaction reached the intended recipient, an unresolved credit at that recipient may need a different analysis from a balance still held by BitMart. Preserve the entire path instead of assuming every missing payment is the same type of claim.
For a buyer review, include the transaction outcome and any reply from the recipient. If the destination or account owner is disputed, disclose that early. The review can then address the actual facts rather than a misleading Completed screenshot.
Related questions
Does Completed mean my receiving account has been credited?
The label alone does not establish a credit at another platform. Verify the actual transaction and the receiving service’s records.
Can I cancel a confirmed withdrawal?
Do not assume it can be reversed. Document the destination and contact the receiving service when identifiable; recovery is not guaranteed.
