The User Engagement Portal is BitMart’s channel for questions and feedback. It does not individually process withdrawals. Use the link in BitMart’s official announcement and keep the acknowledgement with your records.
Use the official instructions
Open bitmart.com/portal, choose User Engagement Portal, use your registered email and select the relevant enquiry category. Explain the issue factually. Complete the email-verification step and retain the ticket number. BitMart asks for one ticket per issue.

A clear subject and short chronology help another person understand the question. State the affected asset, the relevant dates and the reference numbers you can verify. Separate observed facts from the explanation you are asking BitMart to confirm.
For example, “the account shows Processing and no TXID is displayed” describes evidence. A conclusion about the cause of the delay goes further than that evidence alone. Keep the request specific enough to answer.
Keep an evidence trail
Save the message, submission date, attachments and confirmation. Add follow-up responses to the same timeline. An acknowledgement proves that a communication was received in the relevant channel; it should not be treated as recognition of a specific recovery amount.
If nothing has changed, record that accurately. Repeatedly rewriting the history can create inconsistencies that make later review harder.
Protect account access
Check the destination domain before entering information and compare it with the official announcement. Do not pass login credentials, authentication codes or recovery phrases to someone claiming to speed up a withdrawal.
An initial conversation with a claims buyer likewise does not require control of your account. Send a case summary first and establish who would receive any later documents.
A purchase enquiry serves a different purpose
The BitMart Return form requests consideration of a potential purchase. It is not the exchange’s portal and does not contact BitMart or its advisers on your behalf.
A sale, if possible, needs its own review and agreement. Continue checking any official requirements that apply to your situation while you consider a commercial offer.
Sources & context
Reviewed 12 October 2026. BitMart Return considers claim purchases and has a commercial interest in these transactions. Explanations and checklists help organise your review; they do not determine individual rights or guarantee a purchase or recovery.
